Best Yoga Mat for Hot Yoga in Dubai — NOOR.

Why natural rubber beats PVC for hot yoga in Dubai's humid climate.

The problem with PVC mats in heat

PVC mats become slippery the moment you sweat. In Dubai's humidity, you're sliding all over the place. Natural rubber actually grips better when wet — it's how the material works.

What to look for

6mm thickness for joint protection. Natural rubber base, not recycled rubber (which smells bad). Textured surface for grip. And make sure it's sweat-resistant — you don't want it falling apart after a month.

Our recommendation

The natural rubber mat we sell is 6mm, biodegradable, and grips when wet. It's the same mat we use ourselves in hot yoga classes.
